-Year-end bonus for 2 months (eligible for employees who are on duty on December 31 of the current year)
-Performance Bonus (IPP): Given based on company performance and organizational goal achievements.
-Spot Bonus/Micron Point: Issued to employees with outstanding performance.

-Employer Contribution Rate for Labor Retirement Pension: 8%, superior to legal requirements.
